Most students at our school prefer the courtyard. It got 54 votes, so the school should put more tables there. The library had 38 and the student center had 20. Eight people picked other places. The courtyard must be popular because people like being outside. This survey gives the council a clear answer about what students want.

The courtyard was the most common choice among the 120 students who answered the survey. It received 54 responses, compared with 38 for the library, 20 for the student center, and 8 for other places. That is 45%, so it is the largest group but not a majority. The courtyard ranked first among respondents. (Harbor Point Student Spaces Survey, 2026). This pattern could help the council decide where to ask more questions. It does not tell us why people went there: the question asked for a place, not a reason. The sampling method was not recorded. A bigger survey would make the result representative of everyone, so the council should collect more responses before buying tables.
